The All-New Electric Company is now in full swing on PBS. Weekly episodes began Friday, January 23rd. The new version is targeting the declining literacy rate among America's children. Producers say their aim is to make reading cool again. They're using a hip, young cast with plenty of music and fun. Read more about it at the MSNBC article HERE .

OMG I LOVED the Electric Company when I was a kid! I guess that really dates me but I don't care. One of the all time best children's shows out there. And you've got to love Bill Cosby and Morgan Freeman "back in the day!"
